Before your appointment
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before, they thin the blood and affect pigment retention.
No aspirin, ibuprofen or fish oil for 48 hours (unless medically required, ask your doctor first).
No Botox or fillers in the treatment area within 4 weeks of your appointment.
No sunbathing, tanning beds or chemical peels for 2 weeks before.
For lip blush: if you've ever had cold sores, take an antiviral (e.g. prescribed by your GP) starting 2 days before.
Come as you are, brows on or off. We map everything from scratch.
Aftercare, the first 10 days
Days 1–2: gently blot the area with clean tissue every few hours. Keep it dry.
Days 3–10: apply the provided balm sparingly, morning and night, with a clean cotton bud.
No makeup, cleansers or actives (retinol, acids, vitamin C) on the treated area.
No swimming, saunas, steam rooms or heavy sweating.
Don't pick, scratch or rub flaking skin, let it shed on its own or you'll shed pigment with it.
Sleep on your back if you can, on a clean pillowcase.
What healing looks like
Week 1: colour appears 30–50% darker and bolder than the final result. This is normal.
Week 2: flaking ends and colour can look too light or patchy, the "ghosting" phase. Don't panic.
Weeks 4–6: true colour resurfaces. Your included touch-up perfects anything that healed unevenly.
